I seem to have taken a lot of photos of this bus - strange, really, as I am not a particular fan of special liveries. I suppose it provided a welcome relief from the normal poppy red that was carried by most of the NBC buses that came to Cardiff. Jones had no stage services into Cardiff Bus Station, so only the occasional Bristol OC vehicle on the 301 service provided any green 'relief'. The municipals and independents did, however, at this time still provide considerable variety.
